Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

What You Will Need. (Makes 7 mini Pancakes) 

Prep Time: 15- 20 minutes

  • 1 large Banana🍌
  • 1 cup of Water💧
  • 1 cup of Nestle Chocolate Chips🍫
  • 1 cup of Pancake Mix 🥞
  • 1/2 of Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract 🌿
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon Sugar
  • Non stick pan
  • Rubber Spatula
  • 1 Large Mix Bowl
  • 1 Medium Bowl
  • Fork
  • Tablespoon🥄
  • Nuetella 🍫
  • Chocolate Cheesecake & Hazelnut Spread 🌰
  • Coconut Cooking Spray (Non Stick) 🌴

Let’s Begin. In your medium bowl, add you whole banana and smash it with your fork. Then have your 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and cup of water near by.

Let’s Start Mixing. Add the pancake mix, water, 1/2 a cup chocolate chips, cinnamon sugar, smashed banana in the mixing bowl

Gently mixed everything together with your spatula …….

Let’s Get Cooking. While the mix is resting, get your non-stick pan on the stove on medium heat and spray a graious about of Coconut Spray on the pan. Pour about 2 and half Tablespoons of mix in the pan. If you want to cook one pancake at a time, thats wonderful, but if you get hungry like me and want to make it fast, you can make three mini pancakes at a time. Of course this all depends on how big your non-stick pan is.  Cook on both side for about 2 minutes or so until golden brown.

Let’s Start Adding Layers. Each layer will have Chocolate Cheesecake & Hazelnut spread and chocolate chips on top.

Let’s Stack Them. Stack each layer on top and pour your maple syrup at the end. Enjoy with your favorite Milk and remember don’t share 😁
