CHUNKY CHOCOLATE RED VELVET ICE CREAM

Let me start of by saying, how beautiful and stunning the image above is. Gorgeous! I love making ice cream and I am always making some wild creations. This time, I made Red Velvet Ice cream with fudge and chocolate chunks. Amazing concoctions right?

The taste is very rich and delish. I love the chunks of chocolate and fudge in every scoop. The Red Velvet Ice Cream can last in the freezer from 3 months. However, if you are like me, this will be finished in one day.

I love chocolate on chocolate even though im allergic. The recipe is simple and the ingredients are easy to find. I made the fudge from scratch because I want to see if there was a different in taste and texture. Honestly, there really isn’t a difference at all, but I will add the recipe of how to make it. I recommend if you don’t have a lot of time to make it from scratch, you can buy it from the store.
