Low Carb + Sugar Free Raspberry Sparkling Pamplemousse (Grapefruit)

One of many rules for myself since 2019, is to try not to drink my calories. Depending on what a person is drinking, it is a bad way to rack up high levels of calories, sugar and carbs.

So in that said, with all the free time I had in NOLA, I created a perfect combination drink. The drink itself had 0 calorie, 0 sugar, 0 carbs

[This doesn’t include the Strawberries, for garnish, however it’s has low carbs and low amount of calories]

How is that possible?

Well the answer to that, anything is possible. All I did was combine my favorite two drinks that were both low carb, calories, and sugar.

What do you need?

1. Pamplemousse La Croix Sparkling Water

As you see, my two favorite drinks below have both 0 calorie, 0 sugar, 0 carbs. So amazing right? You get all the satisfaction with zero guilt.

What if I want alcohol?

If you want to stick to the low carb, low sugar, low calories the best alcohols for this drink are….

•Vodka

•Gin

•White Rum

•Tequila

*Depending on the brand you get, they should have really low carbs and sugar in each serving. No sure how many calories each of them have*

Let’s get started…..

Ingredients

2 Cans Pamplemousse La Croix

1-2 Tbsp Sugar-Free Raspberry Syrup

4 Strawberries; optional garnish

[If adding alcohol, add 8 oz of either •White Rum •Tequila •Gin •Vodka to the mix]

Directions

1. Divide and pour the Pamplemousse into four separate glasses.

2. Add 1 to 2 tbsps sugar-free raspberry syrup in depending on your preference of taste. No need to mix. Skip to step 4.

3. Optional Alcohol: Add 2 Oz of low carb alcohol in each glass. Mix well with a stirrer.

4. Add garnish if desire or any other type of low carb fruit and enjoy.
