Valentine’s Day Guava Sparkling Rosé Cocktail / Lemonade

Set the mood for a romantic evening with one (or a few) of these tasty libations. Whether you’re planning a special date night or cozy night in this Valentine’s Day, it’s always a good idea to add a fun cocktail into the mix.

My cocktail recipe for Guava Sparkling Rosé Lemonade will not just only impress you, but also your lovely date.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Total Time: 5 Minutes

Yields: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients

Cocktails

  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice; fresh
  • ½ cup Rosé Wine or Sparkling Rosè; chilled
  • ⅓ cup Guava Nectar or Guava Juice; chilled
  • 1 tsp Granulated White Sugar
  • Crushed or Cubed Ice

Garnish

  • Mint leaves
  • Rock Candy Stick
  • Heart Shaped Decor; optional

Directions

  1. In a small glass, add lemon juice and granulated sugar. Mix with spoon until the sugar is incorporated.
  2. Next, pour in the guava nectar. Stir to combine.
  3. Then add crushed ice.
  4. Top the guava lemonade with rosé wine.
  5. Top with more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with fresh mint leaves, rock candy and heart decor.

Slushed Drink:

  1. Add all ingredients expect garnished into a blender with a scoop and a half of ice and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour into a small glass.
  3. Garnish the cocktail with fresh mint leaves, rock candy and heart decor.

Enjoy.

Keto Version

  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice; fresh
  • ½ cup Sugar-Free Rosé Wine or Sparkling Rosè
  • 1 -2 tsp Guava Extract
  • 1 tsp Swerve
  • Crushed or Cubed Ice
