Nothing is better than having a cold Summer dessert on these long humid days. This mango popsicle recipe will refresh your day. Super simple, you can use this recipe to make Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry Popsicles as well.

Yields: 12 popsicles
Prep: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 4-6hours
Ingredients
- 6 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
- 2/3 cup water***
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Topping: Tajín (optional) **
Note:
**You can add 1 Tbsp of Tajin in mixture of desire, instead on top.
***You can substitute water for coconut cream or heavy cream for a creamery texture.
Second Recipe:
- 4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen peaches chunks
- 1 cup frozen apricots chunks
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
- 2/3 cup water***
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Directions
- Place all ingredients expect syrup in a food processor or blender.
- Add maple syrup and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Add sticks in place.
- Place the molds in the freezer for 4-6 hours.
- Gently remove the popsicles from the molds. Enjoy with Tajin.
