Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

VERY BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

Simple.Easy & Fun. Summer is still not over! If you are ever looking for something to eat that is refreshing and tasty, try my Tropical Smoothie Bowl recipe below. It’s only takes about 10 minutes or less to prepare.

What you will need:

Blender

Wide bowl

Teaspoon

Measuring cups

Cup of Coconut Milk

1/2 cup of Coconut Water

1 large Banana (sliced)

Cup of Frozen Blueberries

Cup of Frozen Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)

1/4 cup of Whole Almonds

1/4 cup of Cranberries

1 Tablespoon of Honey

1/4 Cup of Cranberries

1/2 cup of Old Fashion Oats

Half a cup of Blueberry Yogurt

1 Cup of Apple Sauce

1/2 cup Chia Seeds 

1/2 cup Trail Mix

Lets Begin.

Prep Time: 8 to 10 Minutes

Ready. Set. Blend.

In a blender combine Coconut Milk, Coconut Water, 1/2  large Banana and Blueberries. Blend. Blend. Grind for 30 seconds. 

Add Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries), Old Fashion Oats, and Honey. Blend. Blend. Grind for 30 seconds. 

Make sure there are no clumps in the smoothie and if so blend for additional 10 sec.

Next, pour smoothie slowly in the bowl. Leave at least 1 inch from the top of the bowl. Any extra, pour it in a glass cup. Put it in the fridge and Enjoy later.

Designing the Bowl.

When it comes to adding the almonds, cranberries, chia seeds, trail mix, banana slices, you can come up with different intricate patterns. For me, I love making curvy patterns.  Check out the design below…
